We couldn’t imagine a better location, just around the corner from the vibrant Marnixplaats in the Zuid district, surrounded by an abundance of great restaurants and local hotspots. Everything is close by, yet you enjoy a pleasantly peaceful living environment here. What made us fall in love with the apartment straight away was its unique six-metre-wide façade – a rare feature for an apartment. As soon as you enter, you are welcomed by a wonderful sense of space and natural light. That feeling continues to be special every day. Because we purchased the apartment in shell condition, we were able to choose everything ourselves, down to the smallest details. We consciously opted for an open layout, while at the same time creating several cosy corners and installing continuous parquet flooring throughout. This gives the apartment a very warm and homely feel. Every material, finish and detail was chosen with love. We truly feel at home in this calm and delightful base, right in the heart of the city.
